But we should not mourn what has been lost. Rather, let us celebrate what has been accomplished.

Tonight, I expect you all to go forth, sit down and watch the greatest of Sir Sean Connery's films. His masterpieces. Works of art that shall never be forgotten, whose appreciation will only rise with every new generation.

I for one intend to do just that. Ladies and gentlemen, I invite you to sit down with me and watch this master of his craft at his very best and greatest.

I always like the story about Johnny Stompanato, the gangster Mickey Cohen's bodyguard, who was in a violent relationship with Lana Turner, became jealous of Turner and Connery's relationship during the filming of Another Time, Another Place. Stompanato flew to London, stormed on set, and threatened Connery with a gun. Connery just calmly bent his hand back and took the gun off him.
