There will almost definitely be. What I'm more worried about it extralegal retaliations. If I recall correctly, there have already been some watchmen vigilante groups in France this last few years, and -if we're to accept Insaanistan to his word- there's already been some retaliatory attacks, which may increase dramatically as violence continues. The Government is obviously not going to do anything useful here.

the problem with these sorts of statements is that -if we're including Muslims who already hold citizenship, which is the case for France in particular- things become more muddy. If a Muslim citizen can be deported -or in any way punished- for thinking that "those who draw cartoons insulting our prophet are to be blamed for this violence", can the same apply for anyone else who holds a samelike view? Because Muslims aren't the only ones holding this sort of belief.

Continue the victim mentality... it was an, unjustified, reprisal because of Islamist terror. If an Islamist never beheaded Samuel Paty, they wouldn't have been beat up.
