Better President: Abe Lincoln or George Washington?

Washington was. He kept the other founding fathers in check and made the US possible. Lincoln ruled with martial law during the Civil War and didn't manage the war well. He didn't immediately free the slaves, but only did so under political pressure from Abolitionists. Lincoln was not an Abolitionist.
