Ok, lets be clear, opinions are not facts.

An opinion is: belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge.

A fact is: something that has actual existence.

In this example you can have an opinion that voter fraud exists at levels to change the election. However voter fraud at levels capable of changing the election is not a fact because there is no evidence to prove it actually exists.

It's one video about a water main bursting at one of the counts in Georgia, which somehow caused all the voter fraud in the country. Except that the owners of the building and the Georgia state GOP have both stated that there was no burst (instead one of the toilets overflowed), that the count was not disrupted, and despite what the conspiracy theorists claim no poll watcher was told to leave the building while it was fixed.

However, because this is all inconvenient to the narrative, it doesn't count as debunking the video, just dismissing it.
