I'm amending the first amendment. If you say Nelson Agholor is a good football player, you get banished to the shadow realm.

I don't know about that, especially considering how modern politics operate. Army of lawyers and lobbyists has historically been able to drill so much loophole that they should be awarded Gazprom's Science and Technology Prize. Yang's idea of Democracy Dollars is IMO still far superior.

I seem to remember that Keshiland wanted to repeal the Eighth Amendment. Probably as part of some really sick and twisted idea that he had in mind.

Also we should ban the government from having an opinion. If the president tries to give his personal opinion on anything, an agent of the Department of Shut The Hell Your Mouth (DSTHYM) grabs a bullhorn and yells "Shut up!"

I can't remember, there was too much shit on that front to remember it all, and I'm not wanting to do a trawl through all the shoulder-deep shit in order to find it.

I'm beginning to agree with Laurence Tribe that it's time for an Article V convention with an eye on proposing multiple amendments to restructure the way the federal government works and better define the power dynamics between each of the three branches, or rewriting the Constitution altogether from the ground up failing that. Also, I would probably write all the existing amendments into the body of the new Constitution if it came to that, albeit with the exception of 18 and 21.

I would probably abolish state and local governments in favor of more centralized administration.

Maybe abolish the electoral college and give much less power to the president and more to Congress.

Abolish the electoral college for sure but what power would remove from the president?

The bounds of the executive branch need clearer definition, especially as it relates to the legislative but even to the judicial to some degree. I would explicitly codify Marbury v. Madison in a new constitution so that SCOTUS has a constitutional duty to interpret constitutional law.

Additionally, I would actually probably also take out 17A and do Senate elections differently from the old and new ways, I'm just…not sure what exactly I would do.

The three branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) would still remain. However, the federal judiciary would handle what would otherwise be local and state level concerns.

Appointing SCOTUS justices, executive orders, things like that.

Ah, yeah, forgot this, I would also abolish the Electoral College, obsolete since 1824

Congress should not appoint Supreme Court Justices but neither should the President. Ultimately, the judiciary should be independent from politics.

Unfortunately, that might not be possible. Judges are more partisan and even less apolitical in these days.
