Yes... G&D's summary of the article is unnecessarily inflammatory.
That being said, anything that disadvantages mail-in votes will probably disadvantage Blue, so the effect of the decision probably will be to shift the state further Red. On one hand, I'm quite sympathetic to the reasoning behind decision (not changing election rules so close to an election) and a deadline is a deadline, but on the other hand, if the current rules stand for the next elections, the possibility of voter suppression via "mysterious" and "unpredictable" delays in the mail service can't be discounted.

A divided Supreme Court said Monday that mail-in ballots in Wisconsin could be counted only if they are received by Election Day.

Maybe if your politics are so stunted towards the AuthRight like much of the rest of the American political sphere where anyone even a micron to the left of Pinochet and Reagan is considered “the left”.

I am libertarian the right is just who I work with to protect my rights, because the left has made clear they have no interest in working with me.

If you willingly work with those who actively and openly want to take their rights then why should they have any interest in working with you?

True. So all we can hope for is that judge Barret will keep recusing from issues that her faith has a strong opinion on.

My question is why you're raging so hard. It's pitiful. I pity you.
Congress doesn't do anything, because current politics makes people act like tools for a political party. *cough* Just how it's been for a while now. I don't think Amy Barrett has a significant impact on the stimulus bills, and frankly the bills would still be blocked even if Ruth were alive.

It is kind of a trick that one. She has to first decide the correct law disagrees with her faith. And look who has a judicial philosophy that just happens to agree with her faith 99% of the time.
