Well done to Baltimore. They knew the only way they were winning that game was by not leaving it up to Mahomes and going for it on that 4th down. If they had failed, it still would have been the right call.

Eh. I'm at the same point this week that I was at last week, for the most part. With a 9-6 record so far. And now I am having doubts about the Packers vs Lions, but I do think that they will come out with a win. The'll be looking for payback against an NFC team after last week's loss.

Bears almost blew a lead (led by back to back to back interceptions by Joey Burrow) to the Bengals under Justin Fields.

Being a bears fan I have my doubts now but I think the problem is that he has NOT been getting reps with the starts. As nagy has said he's actually been woking a lot with scout team.

Just glad the Seahawks lost. Don’t sleep on Detroit… we did and it almost cost us.

If it weren’t for Zukerx and Kohr picking Philly yesterday we would have all correctly guessed that SF would go 2-0. Neat.

Official? No. The recent history of the Raiders suggests they'll struggle winning games in November & December.
Even if LV goes 7-1 or 8-0 , I'd still have to wait and see.

OTOH, I can say three who aren't. Jets, Fish, and Pats.

None of you picked the underdog Ravens at Baltimore (coming off an OT loss). *smh* But, you say, all the injuries? The Ravens second and third stringers are the best next men up in pro football.

Also, only one player (Oxes) correctly picked home dog Carolina. OTOH just 4 players had the Titans (coming off a humiliating loss) at Seattle.

If GB (coming off a humiliating loss) wins tonight, Oxes & UKP will hit the 13-3 mark - which i thought would top the league this week. Only one player has picked underdog Detroit at home.

I'm so happy that LJ managed to shake off such a rough start to show everyone what he was truly made of, and I gotta give rookie LB Odafe Oweh respect for his game-changing fumble recovery in the 4th quarter; I think the future looks bright for him if he can keep it up with the big defensive plays.

Also, mad respect to John Harbaugh for actually placing trust in his QB with a ballsy 4th and 1 play when the entire game was on the line.
...I'm looking at you, LaFleur.

Caleonia is the only person here going for Detroit, I think everyone here is aware that the Packers have been caught with their pants down, but if Detroit wins we all owe Cal a free beverage of his choice.

Lamar showed the heart of a champion. Gotta love a guy that's all out there.

And Rookie LB Odafe Oweh also forced Mahomes to toss his first ever int (to CB Tavon Young) in the first minute of the 4th quarter. Turns out, OO is the player Baltimore sent to the Chiefs in exchange for LT Orlando Brown. Some in the sports media had criticized the Ravens for his selection (the 31st overall pick) as Oweh did not record a sack as a senior at PSU, as if it's the only measure of his talents. He's gotta pretty big upside. OO already has a few hurries, a sack, a FF and the game winning fumble recovery. Last night OO was in the game on 38 snaps and he was balling out every play.

They were calling for John's head at the end of 2017. Instead the FO keeps Harbs then trades a couple 2nd rounders to Philly for the 32nd pick in 2018, who turns out to be LJ. Great fit between this head coach and the most consummate skill player the organization has ever seen.

No doubt, the Packer faithful won't ever forget that blown opportunity (at Lambeau) to go all out with Rodgers' for last year's SB birth. LaFleur's faithless coaching mistake pissed it away.

He sprained a lot of brains and eyes with that shovel pass into an imploding offensive line AT THE HECKING GOAL LINE.

But all goofing aside, I hope he gets better.
