I can kind of get why it would be Scandinavians, i dont think any of the Scandinavian nations would have a stake in either camp and they would be a neutral party. Well "Neutral" most of them would be Nato Troops i guess but not exactly pro Azeri or pro Armenian. Unless it was made up of just Finnish and Swedish troops then no Nato presence.
