I don’t believe you. You said that Sanders would be terrible for this country yet he’s not even socialist.

So I highly doubt you’d vote for an actual socialist

Yes, I wonder what kind of personal and political attacks the Democrats will charge Trump's highly qualified right wing conservative Republican US Supreme Court nominee with?

Like they did with Brett Kavanaugh.

Just to follow up on the Ron Paul blurb, he says he’s fine.
"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

Something to keep in mind when Republicans wax on about the ‘will of the people...’
We’ve identified 12 polls so far that have asked some version of the question, “Should Ginsburg’s seat be filled this year by Trump, or next year by the winner of the 2020 presidential election?” And on average, 52 percent of respondents have said to wait, while only 39 percent have said Trump should fill the seat now.

Can the Republicans become more anti-democratic?
Wait...don't answer. I'm sure they will find more ways of being anti-democratic through democratic means.

President Trump has the right under the US constitution to nominate any highly qualified, right wing conservative Republican candidate to the US Supreme Court during his presidency.

A Democrat President Hillary for example, would nominate a highly qualified Leftist Liberal Democrat nominee to the US Supreme Court during her presidency, there is no difference.

I don't have statistics or anything, but anecdotally the possibility of replacing Scalia, Kennedy and Ginsburg is what got a lot of people I know to fall in line behind Trump. It's also getting them to do the same this year cuz the possibility of Trump replacing Breyer if he gets another term is pretty high.

Trump has never cared about the people of the US, as long as he is liked, and he can do what he wants, that's all that matters.

Republicans truly hate democracy. Senator Rick Scott of Florida has proposed a law that would outlaw counting ballots 24 hours after polls close.

So why is it so important that the GOP disregard the will of the people and their own precedent to force this through rather than waiting until after the guaranteed Trump Landslide?

Because it would be much harder to confirm a nominee in the lame duck period and this isn't a win anyone wants to pass up.
