Low income housing being forced into middle/high income housing decreasing the housing value, it's basic economics.
"low income housing is great" not if you drop it in the middle of a suburb.

Frankly, the older population in America is a wreck and I don't even think they know what they are looking at half the time.
In contrast, political talk shows, particularly conservative talk programs, have older audiences. Large majorities of the regular viewers of Sean Hannity (66%) and The O’ Reilly Factor (64%) are 50 and older. Just 43% of all Americans are 50 and older. And while just 17% of the public is 65 and older, 42% of regular Hannity viewers and 40% of regular O’Reilly viewers are in that age category.
Liberal talk show audiences also skew older, but not as dramatically. Still, among regular Hardball watchers, 59% are 50 or older, and 28% are at least 65. Among regular Rachel Maddow viewers, 57% are 50 or older and 25% are at least 65.

CNN over 50 - 43%
FOX over 50 - 53%
Damn reality..

The value of a house only matters if you sell it.
So presumably your whining about what's happening to old people's housing values is about your inheritance?

Oh poor you, how awful. I can't imagine how traumatizing it must be for you to get exposed as a liar by a dirty fucking commie.
But you know, if you don't want to get your dick metaphorically stuck in a toaster, then maybe next time don't bring such a sad, flaccid effort in fascist deceit. If your dick can't handle the heat of getting the most basic, barebones fact-checking, then maybe you should keep it safe and tight in your pants.

The value of homes has a lot to do with location, build quality, etc etc
and being next to low income housing or the ghetto is absolutely a factor. This is like real estate 101.

Who knows?
Anyway, to reiterate, you lied. Here's the proof. I'll call the firefighters so they can unplug your toaster, if you'd like.

Sure, if you follow the Sanders Spam you might believe that, but Biden did great among older voters (The largest voting block) and pretty well among adults 35-50.
Older voters are ignorant, they just sit inside and watch CNN/MSNBC all day and hear about how horrible Trump is before getting on facebook and crying while they vote to have their suburbs filled low income housing and increasing gun control on themselves.

Oh sweetie. Look at you being so edgy; it’s cute. Ignorance is not defined by simple age. The young show it as well when they rage about something from twitter or discord and yet are puzzled when you ask why and explain it. Generalizations are fun eh?
Rage on my boy!

And if I'm wrong, then that's what I'm talking about at any rate.

...I mean, he kinda did. That doesn't mean it was "rigged" or illegal, but it's pretty clear that party elites consolidated around a candidate they felt was more electable and less extreme and that this consolidation played a significant role in his subsequent capture of the nomination. Biden was getting thumped until Clyburn stepped in to help in South Carolina and Obama subsequently maneuvered behind the scenes to get people to drop out and endorse him, and this consolidation behind him played a significant role in stopping what had looked like was going to be the conclusion until that point- Bernie taking the nomination with a plurality of votes.
I can't really condemn it, since that's basically how parties are supposed to behave and what they're designed to do. Part of the reason we think it's weird is simply because the GOP, an outlier in so many other ways as well, failed to do the same to stop Trump, but denying that it happened is ahistorical nonsense more rooted in a desire to attribute a broader mandate or greater charisma to Biden than he actually has. However, I don't think it's unreasonable for people who would've preferred a more left-wing candidate to be quite frustrated that the party elites decided that a moderate was a safer bet (which is in fact a debatable proposition).
