Talk to BLM supporters, the vast majority are not Marxists. BLM isn't an organization, it's a movement birthed by LA community organizers that includes Cullors. But it's also an ideological big tent, I've seen college conservatives in BLM rallies, all the way to hardcore leftists.

It's not a group you can really ascribe an ideology to because it's not really a group, it's a position that you either support or do not.

That's a good question. If the electors are appointed via a joint legislative resolution, typically Governors do not have the power to veto such resolutions.

In addition, in Wisconsin and North Carolina, Governors have incredibly limited veto powers as enshrined within their respective State Constitutions.
