The court will most likely not ban abortion and definitely won’t reverse LGBT rights. They will however reverse Roe in the sense that states can decide abortion laws.

Getting a little down in the weeds but a new poll for Miami-Dade mayor has Democrat Levine-cava leading Republican Bovo by 13 points. So there is not confusion this is mayor of the county not the city. For some reason they use the term mayor for head of the county.

Its mostly because Unincorporated Miami-Dade is effectively a giant city...or a giant swamp with nothing in between.

Highly unlikely, but there are certainly cases I'm interested in that aren't the whole sale invalidation of the NFA, or even the Hughes Amendment.

There's very good legal arguments to be made that Hughes is unconstitutional, yeah. The NFA won't go away because it's simply a taxation matter, but killing Hughes is genuinely possible.
