No. There is not. Why would there be? It's like asking for someone to change their personality. They have 3 choices. They can say no, and continue to be themselves. They can hide it, and pretend to be different, but still be the same person on the inside, suffering. Or, they can go through torture and brainwashing to hide what they are and suppress their real selves so far inside their brain that they lose who they really are, without losing the pain of it.
Bottling up your emotions is awful. That's what so-called "conversion therapy" amounts to. Bottling up who you are will, almost certainly, lead to an emotional crisis later in life. It causes depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, etc.

I'm sorry, but that isn't the kind of thing you should do. Raising a family might be a thing you want, but it really isn't worth the pain that comes with it, if you are gay.
Marrying someone that you don't love would just add to the pain of being closeted.

A loveless marriage usually would just torture both partners, and if there is a child, that will torture the child too. Children are sensitive to things like that, whether they realize it or not.

No they won't. You can't force yourself to love someone you don't (or a sex you don't) by forcing yourself to live your whole life with them. You will torture yourself by living with someone you have no love for, and you will torture them because they will know that you have no real love for them, even if they don't know you are gay.

Secrets don't last very long and if they do they are just going to haunt you forever. The fact that you like this way, lying to your partner just for the sake of having a family is something I never thought I will read, it's selfish, you can't change your preferences, and you will hurt a lot of people around you by doing so. You don't have to accept it right now, it is a process of rediscovering yourself, but lying and marrying someone you don't know if you really love is something I highly recommend avoiding.

Sure, but floofybit isn't talking about arranged marriages, we are talking about a marriage where both sides expect to give (and be given) love from their partner.
