And you might want to change the title to her name, because a lot of folk won't know who you are talking about from the initials.

Good judge, liked her. Guess she decided that she wasn't leaving unless it was on a stretcher, had a professor like that.

Sad she's dead but I can't wait for all hell to break loose when the democrats realize trump is going to nominate her replacement.

I never personally agreed with all of her beliefs, but this is sad.

2016 Democrats made it clear, failure to do so would be a foot stomping affront to democracy. So they will be good, right? Right?

That's been on the cards for some time given her health in recent years with Trump also in office, so they have been fully aware of it, so it isn't going to come as a shock.

I am sure they will say WTF is wrong with you if the Demos suggest this should wait till after the elections.

Being hypocrites the cons will forget how long they held up Garland with that excuse.

Yes but they probably all had their fingers crossed that she would last at least until after the election where the potential exists that trump would not be the one nominating a replacement. The election is close so if it's not against the rules they might be able to stall until after the election and then find a reason to deny the person nominated in favor of Biden's candidate if he wins. I'm not super familiar with the selection process other than the president nominates who gets appointed.

Goodbye Judge Bader Ginsberg, you'll be missed. I'm dreading to see who Trump picks to replace her.
