Nominating Cruz or Cotton would be a dumb move, IMO. Makes a mockery of the court and increases the chances of the GOP coming up short on votes.

Nominating Cruz or Cotton would be a dumb move, IMO. Makes a mockery of the court and increases the chances of the GOP coming up short on votes.

The only possibility I can see is the GOP removing Cotton as a competitor to Pence or Haley for 2024 by trying to put him on the Court.
