No, that's just incorrect.
"People with uteruses" are women, of course.

I think the abortion ban is less anti women and more anti poor.
It's anti-poor and anti people with uteruses (not everyone with a uterus and able to become pregnant is a woman).

Do you mean a Republican? ie. someone of the Republican Party (in the USA)?
Yes, that does lead to a lot of confusion. For anyone here unaware.
In the U.S. Republican refers to a member of the Republican Party, which is our flat-out right-wing to far right party and is in favor of hierarchical structures like that of monarchy (with the nominal exception of an actual monarchy).
Whereas in the U.K. Republican refers to someone who wants to replace their monarchy with a Republic (meaning the government is of public concern and not the private government of a monarch).

There is, however, an actual War on Christmas. Christmas started it when they crossed the Black Friday border and invaded Thanksgiving; Halloween and Veteran's day are desperately fighting off their forces, and Labor Day is noticing an infiltration as well and is preparing their defenses. Forth of July is nervously watching the outcome.

California Will Become ‘Sanctuary’ For Women Seeking Abortion If Supreme Court Overturns Roe, Newsom Says (Forbes)TOPLINE Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) said California will become a “sanctuary” for women from other states seeking abortions if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, as a group of abortion providers and advocacy organizations rolled out 45 recommendations for the state to boost support for out-of-state patients.
• Timed with the announcement, the California Future of Abortion Council released a list of suggestions for California to adopt, including increasing funding to help patients pay for transportation, lodging, child care and food and reducing the cost of getting an abortion.
• Newsom told the Associated Press that California’s upcoming budget proposal will reflect some of the group’s suggestions.
• California’s Medicaid covers abortions for some low-income patients.
• The Guttmacher Institute, a pro-choice research organization, predicted California will see a 3,000% rise in the number of out-of-state patients–mostly from Arizona—coming to get abortions if the high court overturns Roe v. Wade, the Sacramento Bee reported.
CRUCIAL QUOTE
“We’ll be a sanctuary” for people seeking abortions,” Newsom said, adding he was examining ways to “expand our protections,” according to the Associated Press.
BIG NUMBER
40%. That’s the percentage of respondents who said they believed it’s likely the high court will strike down Roe v. Wade, according to a recent Morning Consult poll. That’s much higher than the 26% in May 2019. Slightly more than half of the respondents in the recent poll said they believed abortion should be legal in all or most cases.
TANGENT
Last week, New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is running for governor, proposed a fund that would provide funds to people across the country seeking abortions. She suggested the fund – which would make women look to New York as a “safe haven” — to pay for travel, accommodations and costs of an abortion. “Mississippi and other conservative-led states have declared an all-out war on women and their bodies, but New York cannot sit idly by as, one-by-one, these states try to take us backwards in time,” she said in a statement.
KEY BACKGROUND
The Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health and is expected to make a ruling by June. Mississippi has asked Roe v. Wade to be overturned in all. The court is considering whether it is unconstitutional for all abortions to occur before the fetus is viable. Mississippi bans abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Last week, the conservative-leaning justices hinted they were likely to uphold Mississippi law. In that case, abortion would be prohibited in some form in 26 states.
