Explain what? How abortion under threat of poverty is not a choice? Or how forcing abortion upon the poor(or rather the poorest 3/4s of women) by denying them access education, employment and social welfare is eugenics?

From the context of the post they are replying to, that most women get abortions not because they want to, but because as mothers they would be unable to work, get an education or support their families; and from the ghoulish response that they should be denied these things because there are too many people already and that getting an abortion upon being prevented from supporting yourself and your children is a responsible choice.

You must have missed my point about how the US foster care system couldn't handle the numbers.

To repeat:

US foster care system has 400,000 in it at any given time, 120,000 up for adoption. Average time to adoption 4 years.

Number of abortions in the US is roughly 600,000.

Let's say magically it stays at 4 years to get adopted and half of abortions become adoptions. You would be adding 1.2 million children into the foster care system. I don't think adding triple the number of children in the system currently as babies is going to work out well.

In fairness, older children with trauma/behavioral issues are hugely overrepresented in the foster system. Babies are way easier to adopt. It's reasonable to expect that the number of years to adopt would actually go down.

I'm fine with addressing those problems. A lot of abortions could be stopped without actually banning anything if folks would just focus on helping out single or struggling parents.
