In regards to an all-female cabinet, ideally it should be the most qualified and specialized people in their fields, their gender should be irrelevant. But often this is not the case, so alas.

I don't agree with an all female/white/black/male/trans/gay/straight/disabled/able-bodied/rich/poor/whatever cabinet.
I agree with a cabinet based on who's the best person for the job, which even without imposing other barriers we don't get.
GVH has a puppet. It supports #NSTransparency and hosts a weekly zoom call for nsers that you should totally check out
