60 Eggs for 60 Million

Please consider the following hypothetical:

Would you do the Gaston Challenge?

The challenge is as follows:

If you eat 60 complete eggs within 24 hours, you will get 60 million dollars.

You can cook/prepare the eggs however you want but every soft bit has to be swallowed.

If you throw up at any point, you can only collect 30 million. If you fail to finish all 60 eggs, no matter how close... no money.

The challenge is named after the antagonist from Beauty and the Beast because he eats five dozen eggs every morning so he’s roughly the size of a barge.

Taking into consideration the monetary reward, health factors, your own eating capabilities, physical stats etc would you take the challenge? Why or why not?

It doesn’t sound very safe so I’m out. Also, while I like sunny side up eggs; I’m not the BIGGEST fan of eggs.

I have doubts that I can do it. It is 2 days worth of food and the cholesterol might kill me or do a lot of harm. But it isn't a bad choice in that it is good protein. The challenge isn't worth no $60 million so I don't see anyone paying up in the event that someone wins. But it'd definitely solve all of my problems and more, provided I spend it wisely enough or ration it the right way. The challenge is to really make it last or utilized in the best way so as not to lose it all before death.

Would get an Accountant to get the most tax avoidance possible and buy up lots of real estate to make being a land lord/speculator my full time job. Or just park enough money into the right stocks to try to live off of dividends. I don't see myself going too extravagant though, I like a more middle class residence that is cozy. An estate that is too big, is too empty and expensive for me to want to maintain.

I mean, I have little idea why someone is willing to give that much money for eating that many eggs, but sure, I'll do it. I'll have to prepare somehow for that though. Although I'm not a big fan of eggs, nor do I think I could handle that much food, the monetary award is something I'd go for. If only to guarantee that I can use that money in a way that I consider right, and that I don't have to worry much about things like being in debt after school.

There's no penalty for failure, so I'm really not seeing a reason not to attempt it. It's not like one day of eating eggs is going to have any real effect on your long-term health.

And, I mean, I've eaten half a dozen deviled eggs in a sitting, along with other food, just because I really like deviled eggs. Given a full day, I don't think eating five dozen would even be particularly difficult.

I could eat 60 quail eggs and I would satisfy the conditions within less than six hours. If I had them as every meal and snack (regular eggs), I would presumably complete the challenge as well. Eggs don’t fill up that much space in my stomach.

Like AM said, it could be caviar. Or NH2 saying ostrich eggs.

But if you ask me to do a dozen in like 10 seconds (which is around the time he swallowed it in the movie, no. I don’t even think anyone could complete that challenge.

Fuck yeah. I don’t even like eggs but 60 million dollars is so worth it. With 24 hours I could honestly just eat like 10 an hour and be done in 6 hours. Easy.
