No but sense I used my brain I imagine I would have gotten fired from that job. Turns out to be on Kenosha police department you need a degree from clown college.

The good news is that they did eventually remove the cuffs so they did see sense later. But the fact that it wasn't obvious to not cuff a person who can't leave the bed with out someone else helping them is proof in of it's self that there a bunch of clowns.
