It was a violent, bloody night in Kenosha last night. Two people died and businesses burned again.

Those poor businesses.

Looks like business owners just shot three looters. 2 dead and 1 injured.

No charges filed at current.

Clearly, businesses are not people. But people who work for them are liable to become significantly improverished if the business cannot open and cannot pay them, yes. In this fucked up economic system a lot of people sit on the borderline of not being able to provide for themselves and their families.

Mention of this is not something to roll eyes at or a trivial matter not worthy of bringing up.

It warms my heart to see children on these forums praising a person's livelihood go up in flames to "stick it to the man" and "fuck with capitalism." He ran off to the cops and apparently got a lot of support from them but from what I've gathered their stated goal was explicitly pro-BLM and pro-business. It's fucking weird and the whole situation is a mess.
