This strikes me a bit racist. Yeah I know you personally are a race salad, but that doesn't give you license to be racist.

Or ethnicist, or whatever. Not all Cuban Americans know each other personally.

Trump did say something like that. The President did a solid, yeah I haven't quite got over it myself.

I suppose I could quibble that the order should have applied to mid-Feb 2021, to give the new President (whoever that is) time to decide if it should be extended further, or not.

EDIT: Oh, also rent isn't exactly "cancelled" it's just payment is deferred. Legally tenants will still owe the money, and possibly with interest or penalties (as specified in their rental contract). Bernie would have done better.

Georgia likely removed nearly 200k from voter rolls wrongfully, report says

This happened after Democratic gains in the state after 2018. Just to understand the timeline of all this.

Why?

Castro is hated among the Cuban expat community.
Trump is superficially opposed to the Cuban government which was born from Castro.

I get that, but why support the people chanting "send them back" and back the candidate that probably doesn't even know the difference between a Cuban and a Mexican? Why is an ethnic minority backing the xenophobic faction?

Theyre still having flashbacks to when the murderous American backed tyrant was overthrown by the murderous soviet backed tyrant. Even the Cuban Americans who weren't alive then.

"He isn't racist to hispanics. He just doesn't like illegal immigrants," they say about a man who called Latin America a shithole and said Mexican americans were basically Mexico's worst.

Also they hate communism that much.

This will totally convince people, when those people remember the 'block party atmosphere' and peaceful protest that ended up with 5 shootings. Or the totally peaceful protestors throwing bombs.

Soooo? They should stop being upset?

Did Democrats make it easier to vote Green this November in Wisconsin by blocking Howie Hawkins from the ballot?
