Then we just don't do anything.
The National Security Infrastructure is designed specifically to be completely useless without legal orders. We just continue on with business as usual. You're making mountains out of molehills. We don't act independently. That's just not how we're built.

It's not 50% but a solid 30%+ believe civil war is likely in the near future.

But if the president ignores the orders of the Supreme Court, or packs the court with people who just allow him to trample the constitution and do as he pleases, who is supposed to stop him?

That’s not important though, I’m asking where you and Black Forrest are getting the "conservatives want a civil war" thing from?

There isn't going to be a civil war nor will militias take over anywhere. Your being beyond ridiculous.

I did the math from Gallup's data regarding party affiliation, and it's about 35% of the country.

San Lumen in 1855: There isn't going to be a Civil War and states won't actually leave the union to protect slavery. You're being beyond ridiculous.
The idea that "it can't happen here" is exactly how it happens here.

And if McConnell gets killed before he can bring up a vote then well all hell breaks loose.
I get it it’s not fun to think about but sticking your head in the sand isn’t going to do you any good
I hate the man but i've never want to see him assassinated and I don't know anyone who would say something so evil and callous.

Because there are those who are legitimately thinking their life is in danger if another conservative gets on the court. When that happens people will either go into depression or lash out in anger. And many are leaning towards anger
