The number of supreme court justices was fixed at nine by federal law. You'd have to get congress to actually pass a law changing it in order to pack the courts.

Democrats will probably do just that. Harris is for court packing.

Biden said he's against it though because then the Reps would take advantage of it as soon as they got the chance.

Though, tbh, he could make it so that he gets more judges during his term and when it comes to a close he could decide Kavanaugh and whoever else Trump rams into the seat as unconstitutional or something and remove them then shrink the size back down to 9. Only question is how big of a civil war do you think that'd cause?

Only 14 of these states have mechanics in place to void and replace faithless electors - five states (two belonging to the aforementioned 14) have fines or jail time as penalties, though three of those don't have a mechanic to void the vote, it gets counted

So essentially faithless electors are banned in 14 states.

It is an un-elected body composed of people that serve for life with a mandate that effectively allows them to overturn the will of the people on the grounds that it interferes with their own personal interpretation of the constitution. It is the pinnacle of unjustified authority.

Or if you'd prefer there is the angle that they can't actually enforce any of their mandates meaning that they are toothless body that cannot justify its existence.

The way they tried to destroy President Trump Politically with the impeachment scam, hoax, the way they blame President Trump for the violence in Democrat run cities by Democrat mayors, who have refused help from President Trump because Trump is a Republican President. Democrats Biden and Harris blame President Trump.
