Democrats will probably do just that. Harris is for court packing.

Biden said he's against it though because then the Reps would take advantage of it as soon as they got the chance.

Though, tbh, he could make it so that he gets more judges during his term and when it comes to a close he could decide Kavanaugh and whoever else Trump rams into the seat as unconstitutional or something and remove them then shrink the size back down to 9. Only question is how big of a civil war do you think that'd cause?

33 states have laws requiring electors to vote for their pledged candidate. Only 14 of these states have mechanics in place to void and replace faithless electors - five states (two belonging to the aforementioned 14) have fines or jail time as penalties, though three of those don't have a mechanic to void the vote, it gets counted

So essentially faithless electors are banned in 14 states.

Any of them swing states?

Putting a conservative on the court isn’t going to stop either of those. Actually it’s probably more likely to cause people to turn towards violence and revolution

I like the implicit authoritarianism of Kexholm and Karelia's thinking there. He seems to think SCOTUS' job is repressing entire political movements.

This specific sect, apparently, but I know so little about it that I think outright comparing her to the Handmaid's Tale is a bridge too far.

Edit: Oh, I'm reading about it, never mind, these people are kinda batshit.

2. Yes, those who are most for or ok with dystopia's always say this before a dystopia happens.

Honestly, I don't know what the heck you guys are discussing, arguing about and disagreeing about, as you guys should since you both have different, opinions, economic, political and social views, as Democrat supporters and Republican supporters. I have only seen and read this post, because these threads move so fast. I don't know about documented hypocrisy or not.

I am on record as saying both Republican and Democrat Politicians are hypocrites too, neither are political saints.

But I think, Democrats Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, Cory Booker and many other Democrats are hypocrites too.

The way they tried to destroy Judge Kavanaugh's reputation and career as a highly qualified US Supreme Court Justice. The way they tried to destroy President Trump Politically with the impeachment scam, hoax, the way they blame President Trump for the violence in Democrat run cities by Democrat mayors, who have refused help from President Trump because Trump is a Republican President. Democrats Biden and Harris blame President Trump. S L said a certain Republican Politician should resign for his hypocrisy, by that standard I think all these biased Democrats should resign for their political hypocrisies, and not just for these political hypocrisies but for many other political hypocrisies as well.
