I hope they push another justice before the election because there is a good chance that Trump will lose the election and the Republicans will lose the senate, so if another conservative is put on the court it would secure the court for at least a decade

Also the smart thing to do would be to hold off until after the election. That way Trump could make it an election issue that could favor him instead of throwing away everything and allowing the democrats to pack the courts or worse

He set the precedent in 2016 when he refused to give Garland a vote he should stand by it this time.

Since Biden helped get conservative justices Scalia and Thomas onto the Supreme Court back when he was a senator, I still see no reason to believe any future SC picks he might make if he wins would be good.

Both of Trumps picks so far have been good, why would a third one suddenly be bad?

But the Supreme Court had a Right majority even including RBG ... thanks to the one the Republicans stole off Obama.

Replace RBG with "a leftist" and the court still favors Republicans. But it's never enough is it? Go on, steal another one.
