It's honestly hillarious to find westerners bloviating about capitalism and wanking over socialism like tubby-top moms when all of the prosperity you enjoy is due in large part to capitalism, but all right. The West is as advanced, as innovated, as developed, and as progressive as it is because capitalism affords individuals to make choices about how and where they want to spend their money and allows firms to decide what to produce and how much of it. That's fundamentally what "capitalism" is. I suppose you could read The Wealth of Nations or perhaps educate yourself about economics, but why would you if you can just frequent online forums all day?
I believe you've succumbed to propaganda yourself, but then again you'll never be making actual policy decisions so it doesn't matter. If you want, you should start a workers' video platform co-op. Tell me how that goes for you.
Tfw the thrust of your argument is just a link to a wikipedia page.
How is it a false equivalence?
