Not gonna lie, this is actually a good take.Glorious Hong Kong wrote:Saudi Arabia should be sanctioned and treated the same as Iran. The Saudis are the ones exporting radical Islamic ideology and fucking my country up. A complete end to fossil fuels will end the West's dependence on Saudi Arabia AND lower carbon emissions, which will go a long way toward averting catastrophic climate change. In common with other Gulf states, Saudi Arabia is only as rich as it is because of its massive oil reserves and reliance on foreign indentured servitude. The moment we stop buying their oil, their economy will implode very rapidly.

To be fair, if he died of anything that wasn't a heart attack, SA probably would've been blamed anyway just because of who he was.

American Liberty States wrote:The US also turns a blind to Saudi Arabia because of their oil. If oil wasn't involved, the US would treat it at the very least like Iran; always on the edge of war, if not already at war. In this scenario, the UK will likely have to do the same since it's part of NATO. If the UK were to sour relations with Saudi Arabia, the US in turn may get some oil tariffs due to the NATO connection. Just thinking out loud.

Website The Daily Beast in June 2014 accused wealthy donors in Saudi Arabia and Qatar of having funded ISIL in the past. Iran and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki have accused the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar of funding the group. Ahead of the pro-Iraq, anti-ISIL conference held in Paris on 15 September 2014, France's foreign minister acknowledged that a number of countries at the table had "very probably" financed ISIL's advances. According to The Atlantic, ISIL may have been a major part of Saudi Arabian Bandar bin Sultan's covert-ops strategy in Syria.

Nothing about stoning here.Execution is usually carried out publicly by beheading with a sword but may occasionally be performed by shooting.[citation needed] In April 2020, minors who commit crimes will no longer face execution, and would instead face a maximum of 10 years in juvenile detention facility.

EDIT: Saudi Arabia's demise will also mark a turning point in the struggle against Islamic theocracy and Muslim supremacy across the Muslim world and a possible return to secular, liberal democracy. Muslim countries weren't always this conservative.
News? What news? News is for people who don't have a bloated military-industrial complex strangling their apparatus of state. Wait, that sounds like a bad thing, doesn't it?
