False in every way. We know that the fire started at the warehouse during work hours with things like wielding being done which could have very easily started a fire. Assuming a bunch of kids ran into one of the most guarded and watched places in the port during work hours and set fires and escaped without being seen is nothing something we can safely assume. Your just stating absurd ideas and then hiding behind "well it could have happened!" Which is not a valid argument.
