Vote once a month (online/postal required). Your vote is averaged in with monthly votes from the last 2 years. If the incumbent's average falls below that of the challenger, there is a two-week transition and the challenger becomes President. They get six months in which they can't be voted out, after which if their six-month average is less than the (new) challenger, they're out too. Let's add that you can save votes: if the main issue that month doesn't interest you, don't vote but you can use a fraction of that vote to add to your vote the next month. No term limit.
