Thing is votes are unsecured via mail. Pretty sure the CBS did some sort of experiment where only 27% votes got taken and recorded. Not to mention potentially your anonymity while mailing your vote can be jeopardized. Voting in person is the only way to do it, and no computers aren't a thing to consider
