'NEOWISE' Comet - The July Event?

So in late March, the NEOWISE space telescope discovered a comet labeled C/2020 F3 (NEOWISE), or simply 'Comet NEOWISE'. On July 3rd, the comet passed perihelion (closest point in its orbit from the Sun), and is now hurtling back into the chill void of the Outer Solar System. On its way out, it is predicted to pass our blighted planet at a distance of approximately 103 million kilometers, or 0.69 AU on July 23rd. Since closest approach is coming up in just over two weeks as of this posting, and it now seems to be (somewhat) visible to the naked eye at night, the news have been talking about it.
So NSG, what do you think?
Will this be a spectacular show for us, or just another hyped disappointment?
Have you or are you now planning to view it?
Is it a sign of further misfortune for us?
Personally speaking, I'm going to be taking a look at it whenever possible, and I believe it will be just barely visible at best unless we are lucky.
