I think that without evidence we can't tell and that it is unreasonable to make assumptions based on broad generalizations such as region and ethnicity.

Not wanting to start a new thread I added Serbia to the possible list. Decided too after watching a second video (see below), presented by someone from Slovenia, on what is happening in Serbia. There have been protests and severe push back by the government against protesters. Seems it has more to do with rigged elections then the virus. And has with MNE. not much has really been reported by the worlds news services.

I really did not think that MNE. and Serbia were going through such turmoil. Democracy seems to be under assault. In comparison, the Dominican Republic just had there general elections on Sunday. An opposition party won with a majority vote. Politics in that nation is expected to take a a 180 degree turn. The new Pres. ran on better economy and stamping out corruption. All the other political parties even congratulated the winner.

I would say there's a very high chance of a civil war. There's already been a shitload of civil wars in the Balkans over ethnicity.

If I remember, there were like 4 in Yugoslavia alone.

I always thought the next Cold War would be between the US and China, but it seems the age-old US and USSR conflict, in this case NATO against Russian influence, has found its way to crawl back into this world.
