Interpol cannot issue warrants. It can only issue a notice that someone is wanted in a country.
Whether or not a country wants to arrest that person is up to that country’s laws and extradition treaties.

Interpol is not allowed to post notices for military or political controversies either so no, Interpol would not be allowed to do that.

It cannot issue arrest warrants, and cannot get involved in such political and military controversies.

None of those would be crimes against humanity. (And Trump is not even seriously accused of having committed a crime involving Epstein, even by the Democrats in Congress).
And INTERPOL does not work that way.

It does not make up crimes, or prosecute crimes.

It only exchanges information. On NON POLITICAL, non military crimes.
It can only say a person is wanted in a certain country if the person is wanted for non political reasons. It is not to push a partisan agenda.

That is your POLITICAL opinion. Military operations do not require an official declaration of war, the US and Iran have been periodically engaged in military operations against the other for decades. It is not INTERPOL’s place to pick sides in the US Iran conflict, and determine which military operations are legitimate or not.

The concept of an "unlawful combatant" loophole in the Geneva Conventions was invented whole cloth by the US government under George Bush to justify their use of torture.
