Yes they do.

Pepsi is sweeter and more refreshing than coke, while coke (In the US at least) is spicier and has this terrible aftertaste caused by the corn syrup.

This problem is circumvented if you buy Mexican Coke though, which uses real sugar so it's less spicy and doesn't have a terrible aftertaste. But that shit's expensive in America.

In America they taste the same. Sure there is a difference but it's one that you would have to train yourself to detect, in blind taste tastes people seriously can't tell any difference. It's like cheap vs expensive wines, there is a difference technically but at the end of the day your buying the bottle, not the wine.

Sure international versions on the drink will taste better because of actual sugar being used in production but the difference between the two drinks still isn't really much to write home about.
