If you zoom all the way in to the city centre there is a red outline box that is the same colour as the city borders. So it looks like there is a part of the city that is not actually in the city. But i might be interpreting it wrong. Its just to the south east of the white house.

My job is fucking up again. One of my coworkers texted me and said "You were supposed to be here at 11. Like 11 to 3." Um, no, I was not. I went and checked the schedule and sure enough, I'm off for today. So idk what they're talking about.
