Compare it to France, Germany, Britain, Ireland, Spain, Japan, China, Korea, South Africa, Egypt, Libya, those are countries with culture.
If you want to be incredibly lazy, sure. If you're ever willing to not be lazy, you could easily find information on what American culture is online.

I mean, potatoes came from the Americas, but that doesn't change the fact that they're tightly connected to Irish culture. Cultures melt and change overtime; the difference is just that the idea of "American culture" is newer since the US is a newer country.
Whenever you draw a line around something and say "I want this to be X culture," you're always leaving things out that probably should have been included, and you're including that things that don't only belong to that culture. But there's a lot I see in the everyday that I would consider to be common enough and distinctive enough to be American culture, like hamburgers, rock n' roll, individualism, American football, etc.

America has no culture, even Evola admits that.
Tbh most fascists, Hitler, Mussolini, Evola despised America.
America has no culture, which is why this country is in such a shitty state tbh.

Why should we give a damn about what a bunch of fascists say?

The Gods are allegorical for all of the different aspects of America. So people do, in fact, worship Washington as a god.

Hamburgers are German. Right. That's why American Fast Food Companies can be found selling them the world over, rather than German fast food companies.
Hamburg may have invented the burger, but America perfected it. We have gone further than any nation, down the dark arts of the burger and found many powers some would call unnatural.

I'm merely suggesting that art is often not meant to be taken in the most literal possible sense. Humour and metaphor are but two of many different ways in which the meaning of a painting may differ from the exact image it depicts.

And I'm sure there are only a few people who think that George Washington is literally sitting on a cloud, looking down on America. Even so, Washington is treated like a god by Americans, as are the other founders. They are the pantheon of your national myths.
