Because my preference is for town councils to decide these things, not mobs. This is ignoring the extreme moral gap between the Founders and literally Satan.

Again, I'm shooting for the stars, so the moon may be hit. It would probably be closer to what you want in the end.

Oh, yes, let's assign punishments depending on how much noise the public makes about a crime, at a time of high civil tensions. I can see that going well.

Well in that case, it'll come down to the opinion of whatever judge rules on the case, and then the SCOTUS, since this would be a contentious issue, and would likely be appealed till it reaches the top.

That's pretty much what we're doing already. If there weren't mass protests and backlash the cop who shot that guy in Georgia never would have been charged.

Regardless of how the SCOTUS rules, it would show a willingness of nationalists to fight commies and drag 'em through the courts.

As I said before, tearing down a statue of a founding father should be punished by 15 years in prison. It would stop this shit quick if a bunch of people were arrested and sent to prison over this.

You mean Authoritarian Communist states? Actual Communists would force these ancoms to line up against the wall and shoot them all, because they are a threat to the state.
