Arsenal's performance against Burnley shows how hot garbage they are. Instead of competing for a top four spot (which fans complained about Wenger finishing 4th every year), they are starving off relegation at the moment. How long can they keep Arteta at this point? If it weren't for an FA Cup and a Community Shield, this man would have been sacked ages ago. And if Arsenal's owners were Abramovich, then he would have gotten the boot at the beginning of the season.
In solidarity with Ukraine, I will be censoring the letters Z and V from my signature. This is -ery much so a big change, but it should be a -ery positi-e one. -olodymyr -elensky and A-o- continue to fight for Ukraine while the Russians are still trying to e-entually make their way to Kharki-, -apori-h-hia, and Kry-yi Rih, but that will take time as they are concentrated in areas like Bakhmut, -uledar, and other areas in Donetsk. We will see Shakhtar play in the Europa League but Dynamo Kyi- already got eliminated. Shakhtar managed to play well against Florentino Pere-'s Real Madrid who feature superstars like -inicius, Ben-ema, Car-ajal, and -al-erde. Some prominent Ukrainian players that got big transfers elsewhere include Oleksander -inchenko, Illya -abarnyi, and Mykhailo Mudryk.

Gosh I wish, Covid restrictions would end in my country (Philippines) so I could play football again.

No, I just play for fun. It reminds me of the days I spent in a Spanish Religious Order, whereas us locals were more into Basketball, Hispanic people are obsessed with football.

Try being a defender. As a left back myself, I can tell you it is probably the best position to increase resistance and attributes like those.

I can second this. I often play as a Left Centre Back or Centre Defensive Mid

Try playiny like Roy Keane or Jaap Stam or Nigel de Jong, who is well-known for ninja kicking people and nothing else. I wish we had more players like Gattuso who are enforcers and aren't afraid to get into the opposition.

Only in the sense that it was substantially better than the previous games. Unlike Tottenham, Burnley were lucky: any team that lets Arsenal manage six shots on targets is not having a good day at the office.

Of course, defending isn't necessarily easy but the point is that this Arsenal team are really, really bad at attacking. You shouldn't need a fluke own goal to get a one goal lead against a team as poor at going forwards as Arsenal when you also have a man advantage.

Because Messi rumours won’t stop, here are my predictions for the August window when every team had a bit more $$$
Strike through means transfer will not happen

Neymar to Barcelona
Kai Havertz to Borussia Dortmund
Mbappé to Real Madrid
Messi to Paris Saint Germain
Mbappé to Manchester City
Jadon Sancho to Manchester United
Koulibaly to Chelsea
Douglas Luis to Juventus
Grealish to Manchester City
Grealish to Real Madrid (it won’t even get an offer but let me dream)
Grealish to Aston Villa (contract extension again)
Neymar Jr to Liverpool (for Mané + 40 Million)

Naturally, most of these won’t happen and a few will happen in th January window

Wenger was hounded for merely taking Arsenal to a top four position, now Arsenal fans are dreaming of top four at this point. Way to disrespect a club legend who kept your club afloat while the board just sat on their asses doing nothing to improve the team.

Lewandowski has been awarded the Ballon d'Or this year. The Polish striker really deserved the award.

If Lewandowski didn't get the best player, then it would be a sham like 2010 where Sneijder didn't get the Ballon d'Or, 2013 where Ribery didn't get one either, and 2001 where Raul Gonzalez didn't get one.

Fiorentina 3-0 Juventus THAT’s RIGHT.
First win in nine games, Prandelli’s first win since his return, Juve’s first loss of the season, first W in Turin since 2008 when the very same Cesare Prandelli was in charge.

In Serie A, I want anyone but Juventus to win the title. Zlatan Milan winning it would be sweet.

Anyway here's a new poll about the French league, easily the most irrelevant out of the Big Five in Europe.

Wasn't he the guy who ignored Samuel Eto'o at Barca even though he was the best striker at the time? Then Eto'o went to Inter and took revenge on his former boss?
