Not that patriotic? Well, learn to be. You can't afford to let your country go to pot.

Well, in the example of the Gillette ad, you are to put your hands on strangers and physically stop them if you see them doing something harassing or annoying to a strange woman. That's a pretty stupid minor thing to start a physical confrontation in the street over.
Again, this kind of stupid behavior literally gets people hurt or killed for a pretty minor reason.
And no, you shouldn't be required or pushed to sacrifice your life in service to someone else on the basis of your gender. This is an unconscionable gender role being pushed onto men and only men - and it is literally killing them.
Well, a man can be heroic without breaking the law and physically assaulting strangers. I disagree man, I think that more men and women should be encouraged to risk and sacrifice their lives for the sake of noble causes in legitimate ways. For example, become a firefighter, join the military, join the police force.
Metaphorically speaking, it takes balls, it takes grit to put your life on the line for your country, family, and God. Anybody can talk trash about someone who is attempting great deeds. In the words of Theodore Roosevelt, "credit belongs to the man in the arena whose face is marred by sweat and blood, who strives valiantly; who errs, and comes short again and again." These days, plenty of women too.

An orchiectomy, something that both women and men can do, and of course some non-binary people as well.

Without the military you'd be in German territory right now licking the boot of some Nazi stooge.
Let me tell you something, if the military puts you in a tutu and makes you dance like a sugarplum fairy, you better say "Yes sir, thank you sir, God bless this country.'
Come on man.

Though yes, the Canadian military did help the Dutch to free themselves.

I get that not everyone wants the military life but from my perspective it is ungrateful. Many people like myself don't have an easy "out" in terms of economic prospects. They have to learn a trade/skill that almost always costs lots of money and then actually manage to win over the social connections necessary to land a job relevant to that if not any job if they're less than successful.
The military is an incredibly good deal, especially if it is during peacetime. All you really have to do is conform and exceed any challenges and in the mean time- you at least get a good wage and some prestige. If you put in 20 years or so, you even get a pension which can't be said for most careers now. I'm denied any chance at that given that my eye sight is inferior enough to cause me to fail any physical. There are so many things I can't do or pursue, there is always some reason or another for why a job is too hard for me to get into.
Either someone else is objectively better, I have to spend money I don't have on training myself up in employable skills, or some defect inherent to me bars me from going that path. If you're eligible for military or something else that's almost a given if you want it- why not embrace that opportunity if the alternative were unemployment or continuing your struggle in the outside world?

Why?, my country is doing just fine thank you very much, and patriotic about what?, some ''king'' that looks like a used car salesman from a family that opressed and killed thousands of Catholics and other innocents?, no thanks.

You can be patriotic by being critical of your king. That said, the King of the Netherlands achieved the rank of Brigadier General in the Navy and evidently isn't parasitic on that basis. Regardless of your perception of the royal family, you've still got a responsibility to your country.

With respect to responsibility, I do believe that women are just as responsible as men when it comes to work, marriage, and the rearing of children. However, I just don't think we're living in a good society if we tell people that they can be careless. I can best speak from the perspective of a man. I have first-hand experience of what happens when men, especially men abandon their responsibilities. Men are just as important as women.

Well, it is absolute madness what Finland is doing, in offering free university (even to citizens of other countries). If the tax burden in Finland ever gets too high, there will be a political movement to lower taxes. They might even go through their own Reagan era. It is still expensive to live in Finland and there is the language/culture barrier. If there are finite seats, you presumably need to prove that you're smart or capable enough to benefit from higher education in Finland.

Not being buff or muscular does not make me less of a man.
