No there are no others in the UK, or at least none on public display (although there is bound to be one somewhere in someone's garden as part of a private collection however). You are possibly thinking of either the one in Chemnitz or the one in Berlin. Incidentally I have visited both of them, and the one in Berlin had been recently vandalised as the spray paint hadn't been cleaned off yet.

It’s still around - in fact, the campaign’s only grown stronger - which is all thanks to the current political climate. On a personal level though, while I won’t cry over statues being torn down, I’d much rather they be protected (if the issues with the people they’re of have no factual basis) or moved to a museum. In a museum, those statues which are of more problematic people can have additional context added to them, in order to present a more balanced picture.

A group of local residents, much smaller than the protesters in Bristol but otherwise peaceful and orderly, gathered at the quayside to show support for the statue to remain.

I think the council's decision is based on the fact that the local police are not enabled to deal with the sort of mass, iconoclastic vandalism which blighted Bristol, and is no more than a pacifier to violent counter-cultural forces.
