I walked through the CHAZ literally yesterday on my way to run some errands and I promise it’s a very calm place, even if it is messing up traffic in the area a bit (though the Pike/Pine/Broadway area was pretty fucked traffic wise before tbh)

I am curious to see how long it will last without being interrupted by authorities. I say leave them be and observe them like some big social experiment. It's too disorganized and lacking resources to last in the long term but it is fascinating to see how they're doing.

However, I believe the US left is generally impotent and will never achieve anything more than liberal reforms gained with the consent of the ruling class constitutional law and the people as a whole.
