For anyone wondering, this exact thing is why the US has a thing called the "Insurrection act" which gives the US government the power to shut things like this down.
The first warlords with sociology degrees, probably.
The hysteria is real.

Well yeah.. This is a movement all about "freedom" and "justice".. They can't very well let people walk around thinking, saying or symbolizing anything they want... As per the leftist norm. *nods*

The CHAZ will probably end sooner or later just like Occupy did, but the CHAZ shows protesters have actually learned a lot from Occupy in 2011. The overall balance of forces is moving left.
Considering the outcome of this brilliant experiment I think you have inflamed the right and center in opposition.

You don't have power without consent of the governed. These """warlords""" have no more power than the rest of the people will give them, which, as you can imagine, probably isn't much.

Well there hasn’t been an “outcome” yet, and while Fox News and the President might be frothing at the mouth about “domestic terrorism”, that’s not what’s happening in these protests, and the people of Seattle like everyone else are tired of every level of government — from their own cops up to the feds and “S.S.” — repeatedly harming innocent bystanders in their futile attempts to pacify and control the local populace. The absence of police has now brought about more law and order to Capitol Hill than their presence did.

With the situation on the ground in flux, it's impossible to know where the CHAZ is headed. While the movement behind the zone can't be described as libertarian (a Medium essay purporting to be a list demands from the Free Capitol folks includes calls for both police abolition and rent control), it is still vaguely encouraging to see people try to set up their own self-governing enclave in the vacuum left by the police's withdrawal.

I am an autonomous anti-capitalist, anarcha-femninist, anti-racist, anti-police-brutality, left-libertarianian anarcho-communist. Said the communist Warlord.
I am an identitarian-libertarian-alternative-ethnopluralist-archeofuturist, anti-capitalist and anarchist. Said the fascist warlord.

This reminds me of the socialist-libertarian unity during the Iraq War years.

The USSS isn't a level of government. They're bodyguards, dude. Not lawmakers.

Right, I must've missed the part where he was democratically elected in a fair and open system while his every move is under intense public scrutiny with an established system of checks and balances in place to prevent tyranny and oppression.
