Yes, although Jollibee has moved into the international market, it is still fairly uncommon outside the Philippines (where it is everywhere, like MacDonalds in the US). You will most find Jollibee outside the Philippines in just select localities with a large Filipino population. In the US places like Navy Base areas, and in a few neighborhoods in certain cities like Las Vegas.
They any good? There is one by the port authority bus terminal.

Jollibee has a limited presence in this city. It’s always packed at peak hours.
I like the chicken fingers.

Well some of their food might be unusual (not necessarily bad but different) such as their spaghetti which includes sugar, hot dogs, and is topped with a yellow cheese.
But their fried chicken is good, and pretty standard American style. Their fries are good too.
Plus if you want to try some distinctly Filipino options they have it, but their chicken and fries are pretty standard American style fast food.

Korean fried chicken is the latest fad around here. There are a couple of franchises popping up here. Don chicken, and bon-chon

Hong Kong has a substantial Filipino population and is a major port (many Filipinos work in maritime trades) so that makes sense. Their chicken and fries are pretty good.
