Biden just told people not to vote for him again, and there's a rumor going around that Brock Turner will speak at the Republican National Convention.

Kind of a stupid statement from you considering you belittle and gaslight anyone who votes third party or anyone not a Democrat.

Funny coming from someone who doesn’t believe in fair representation or all votes counting equally

It's treason, then.

Anyway, without an election Patrick Leahy will be POTUS come January 20th, 2021. Leahy, not Trump.
I'm none too concerned about what you might think of it. With no election between now and then, the remaining 2/3rds of the Senate will vote for a new president pro tempore who will then be POTUS because there is no elected POTUS, VPOTUS or Speaker of the House. Those remaining will make Leahy president pro tempore and thus POTUS.

The military will take orders from POTUS as they always do, except as of noon on Jan 20th, 2021 that will be Leahy, not Trump. If Trump tries to hold on to office, he will be arrested.

There will be no Speaker of the House by Jan 20th? I'm thinking, whoever the Senate elects as VP isn't actually VP until inauguration (they're VP elect) so they can't succeed to the higher office until then?

All of the Representatives terms end on January 8th or so.

Without an election those who are up for election are kicked out of office leaving the democrats in control on the senate and thus giving Leahy the presidency. Which means Trump is screwed

Well, this is one way to make the most of a virtual convention. They're doing a 'why we ran' speech split up among Democratic office holders who have broke ground in one way or another mostly at local levels. If I were to guess, also from areas where a little local shout out boost might help.

The cutsy "that's a big f'n deal' was awkward.

The woman in Nevada is using Osmo phone stabalizer, but didn't turn it on, so it's just a handle.

Ah, everyone is tying Biden to something relevant to them.

Stacey Abrams I think is going to close this out. I hope so, she has a tripod and lighting. Having to go back to the awkward selfies would be jarring.

Alright, the last guy from yesterday who jumped his cue (thinking that the signal that they were on was the signal to begin), that's fine really, he's not savvy in production, you got people using hand signals, you're nervous.

But Schummer, c'mon dude. You're not a novice to addresses of this nature.

If the USPS is being starved of money, I was thinking that it might be possible for some billionaires to get together and write checks that'll cover the cost of vote by mail for this year. If 25 or so get together, they could raise the $25 billion in funding that Trump is trying to block and just bypass the US government completely in delivering it to the postal service.

Jeff Bezos is a rare individual who could do all this himself, but he'd lose a ton of money overnight for no gain. It more or less won't be happening.

I sure wouldn't pay if I didn't have to. They're usually rich to begin with because they're smart with money. But that'd piss Trump off enough that I could see one doing it if the balance wasn't so high but was like pocket change to them.
