Free policies, no one thinks those policies are free at the point of government, they are however free at the point of use,depending on which policy you mean. It actually wasn't that bad. He was obviously joking with the guy and laughing it off. That is vintage Biden. This reminds me of his debate with Paul Ryan in 2012. The laughing strategy actually worked in the eyes of the people who watched the debate.
