New polls from PPP (B Rated) on Senate Races shows Republicans are in deep trouble currently:

In Arizona, Kelly leads McSally 51% to 42%.

In Maine, Gideon leads Collins 47% to 42%.

In North Carolina, Cunningham leads Tillis 48% to 40%.

All of this comes as the Cook Report moves Florida from a toss-up to leaning Democrat; they've also moved several Senate races towards the Democrats, including in Arizona, Georgia (Perdue's Seat), and Iowa.

Mannnn. The republicans are going to pay the price for embracing Trump.

I doubt he would but his minority leader position could be threatened by the likes of Hawley or Cotton if they get walloped in 2020, leading to slow but eventual expulsion of the Trump Wing of the Party. That said, both of those men are Trump-like figures so...

Either way, Trump's brand of politics- his populism, will likely cease in 10 years if they lose badly.

Funny thing, when farmers where cracked down on for using illegal immigrants, US citizens did not take the jobs.

Probably because Americans aren’t going to work 12+ Hours for $2.50/hour.

Illegal immigrants are basic treated as slave labor and the capitalist class continues to claim that no Americans want to do these jobs when in reality they don’t want to have to pay an American a fair wage and would rather have what amounts to slavery

The only disadvantage for Dems at this point is the election isn't being held today.

That and the virus since election workers tend to be older individuals. Not enough and voting sites will be closed down, most likely in cities. What that means is that people will try and turn to mail in ballots.

Immigrants are not responsible for us losing our jobs and that's a sham of an argument made by the Republican party in this country. Electoral politics have failed Americans once again by making us choose between two candidates who don't have a grip on the real issue here: automation. Automation is the biggest problem facing Americans in the next five years, and it's only been accelerated with the pandemic.

In most places yes I am. However if the choice is slavery or automation to keep Americans fed I’ll take automation. So in this instance automation is the better choice if we can’t get people to harvest food besides importing illegals.

It’s a vicious cycle. The problem is the attitude of the people in charge. In my career I have worked with company bosses and I have heard this phrase in various forms more then a few times: It’s not my problem. It’s my successors problem.

That’s why you make it illegal for management to do that. If we have to start seizing rich peoples money or start hailing CEOs than that’s what we need to do. Not shrug our Shoulders and say oh well we tried

They’re not citizens, they send their money overseas, and locals are laid off to make room for them. That’s the whole reason the H1-B program has been so controversial and Trump has done nothing to combat it


These workers are richer than the average American. Ever wonder why the average income for Indian Americans, the highest earning ethnic group in the US, is $100,000 per year?

And more qualified. The best they have come here an educate themselves. That being said, India is an economic powerhouse with a poor populace. Many don't even have plumbing.
