I'm a bit surprised though the writing was on the wall for her: if her past wasn't that troubling and she had broad appeal, she would have been selected easily. Now, 15 years ago, she would have been easily picked but times have changed.

But it has to be the right black woman: I know said last night I would be voting for Biden regardless, but Abrams (who isn't getting it anyway) and Harris (who honestly keep forgetting due to how terrible she is) might be enough for me to say no to Biden. I won't vote for Biden just because he picked a black VP: she needs to be qualified.

I honestly keep forgetting about Harris: trying to block out such a terrible candidate has been my go-to. That will probably be enough for me to say no to Biden. After all, I come from NJ and we all know what the outcome will be there. However, almost anyone else (except Abrams too) I be willing to support as VP; my personal favorite is still Duckworth.
