If the goal is to go down in history... being a faithless elector that aids in "stealing" an election and causing mass protests and violence is certainly a way to do that.

No one likes Trump. Liberals tend to greatly overestimate Trump's popularity. Trump won because he was "better than Clinton". Biden is starting to look like a better version of Trump to both liberals and conservatives.

If states that Trump carried by double digits have their polls narrow to single-digit margins or even within the MOE, then the Republicans will have to start soending resources more broadly. Thinning out their warchest and letting the Democrats run a more concentrated campaign.

Then again maybe it won't matter due to the outrageous size of warchests these days.

I'm not an accelerationist; from my point of view, accelerationism is naive.

In fact I am definitely less revolutionary than most of my leftist comrades. However, I will not dispute that revolutions have historically been very effective. I generally advocate more for reform, but if a revolution does start I'd be right on its front line.

Don't think of it as tearing the country apart. Think of it as field-servicing the country by partially disassembling it, addressing some issues, and then reassembling it.

I find it very hypocritical at this point. Why should anybody listen to their executives orders when they pick and chose what types of protests and gatherings they will allow?
