It was stuck in throat for a few hours (uncomfortably but not painfully)

Then it somehow went down (swallowed) :)

I imagine so. It was bought from the rice box place downstairs. It’s very cheap, you can get rice +2 or 3 very flavorful/strong Chinese dishes

I’ve never tried the fish but they have a nice chicken curry, roasted eggplants, and roast beef sets you go

You can get a free hot milk tea with it

The portion is also huge

I'd be cautious with Chinese Foods, especially if they tend to be too flavorful/strong. Even more so if they have a huge portion. It's not that I doesn't like it, most Chinese Food stalls often overuse MSGs (monosodium glutamates) while they bring a quick, rich, and salty taste, it wouldn't be good in the long term

Especially fried rices, fried noodles, and chickens (like the Kung Pao chicken or Sichuan style chicken). Often the original garlic/onion flavours of the dishes is superseded by the taste of MSGs. True they tase rather umami at first but too much of it can make your dish rather stale

I’ve had alligator, and I must say. Out of every meat I’ve ever had, it is a top 4 meat.

The other three being cow, lobster, and pig. But venison is also quite good. And chicken. Oh, maybe duck? Eh, I’m off to make a meat tier list y’all.

I've never eaten Alligators, but I've tasted snake meat. It's a rather common delicacy in Java (cobras), and surprisingly New Mexico (although they have Rattlesnakes).

It is one of the worst things I have endured to eaten. It's like fish and it has bones everywhere, you could get one stuck in your throat. It's very bland - in Indonesia you can get them deep fried with onions, garlic and soy sauce (and even boiled in a soup) but the snakes in Albuquerque they either just fried it or cook it in BBQ. While the skin is rather crunchy, the sauce doesn't even get inside the meat which makes it rather bland.

I really want to try venison.

This is because in Game of Thrones the nobles are said to eat venison stew and despite the bad ending to the show it was still overall a great ride.

Imagine having a real, medieval style feast... it would be amazing

I think you're right. It's almost certainly loaded with the MSG; it's unfortunately a staple with fast foods here, especially with Chinese/Cantonese take outs. It definitely contributes to the strong flavour.

I have to be careful not to get addicted!

The large quantity... it's a trap!

I’ve had like venison silver dollar pancakes, meaning venison patties the size of the SD pancakes, and wow, is it tender. It’s just like if beef and pork mixed and became tender. Very good.

Also, the tier list is done.

I heard that's been debunked, though. Then again, who knows if the "debunk" is actually a giant cover-up campaign by Royco who just realized that they apparently have ruined two, three generations worth of brain power.

im sure thats a foodsafe violation.

Why?
There are chocolate covered ants and insects suspended in lollipops that are perfectly safe and sold in the US.

It's all to do with preparation.

Trivia knowledge: do you know that there is actually an allowable amount of insect and rodent in the foods we eat in the US?

You likely unintentionally are eating insects, just in the form of having been ground up in bread.
