I used to work for McDonalds. It sucks whenever a store changes hands from one franchise to another. On paper it's like being let go and immediately hired by someone else. Everyone lost accumulated benefits and it was like being a new employee again.

That sucks. If you could prove that a cabal of franchise owners trade stores every now and then to keep costs low ...

Whatever it costs $, within reason of course.

I like McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, Pizza Hut, Luigi's Pizza in Chicago, Taco Bell and others.

Yeah, it's America's obsession of substituting with high fructose corn syrup in everything. They do it because it's dirt cheap but I'm not even sure if those savings get passed on to the consumer. At any rate I prefer quality over quantity.

It’s pretty good when very very cold. My grandma used to add a splash of fresh lemon to it too, to cane juice. It made a delicious contrast.

Lemon trees are pretty easy to grow indoors, as long as you have a spot where they'll get some sun. And yes, the flowers do smell amazing.
